To firm up your skin and obtain curved curves and sheathed volumes, first prepare your skin with Exfoliating & Toning Gel (1 to 2 times a week) then apply the Sublimating Firming Cream with a gesture adapted to each area of the body : - In the belly: make big circular movements with the flat of the hands in the direction of the clockwise, then toning tweezers of the fingertips. - Thighs: start by positioning your hands flat and perform upward smoothing movements by exerting a slight pressure. Then make small circles with the fingertips, always from the knee to the hip. Finally finish with a few toning tweezers on the entire thigh. - At the buttocks: make large circles supported with the flat hands, enhancing the forms. Then fill in with stimulating pinches using your fingertips. - Finally at the level of the arms, apply the cream by smoothing upwards from the elbow to the shoulder, before toning the skin under the arm with small forceful tweezers.
