Step 1: Apply the Serum to the face, neck and décolleté: 1.Heat a dab of serum between the palms of the hand. 2. Apply to the face by pressure, hands flat. Repeat 3 times on each zone. 3. Renew the movements on the neck and décolleté. Repeat 3 times on each zone. Step 2: Then apply the eye contour & lips: 1. Take a pressure and distribute between the major of each hand. 2. Smooth, with the middle finger, the lower and upper eyelids from the inside to the outside of the eye and maintain pressure for 3 seconds upwards on the temples. Renew 3 times. 3. Simultaneously pinch both eyebrows. Repeat from the inside to the outside of the eye. Renew 3 times. 4. Smooth with the middle finger the top and bottom of the lips in one direction then in the other. Then stretch the corners of the lips upwards for 3 seconds. Renew 3 times. Step 3: Apply your face cream to the face, neck and décolleté: 1. Heat a dab of cream between the palms of the hand. 2. Apply with short smoothing movements alternating hands, going up from the bottom to the top of the face. Insist on the oval of the face and the temples. 3. Renew the movements on the other side of the face. Then apply on the neckline smoothing from the center to the outside. Once or twice a week: Apply the anti-aging "roll-on" effect mask: 1. Apply the roll-on from the center of the face to the outside, starting with the lower face, neck and décolleté. 2. Leave for 10 minutes, then remove the excess with a cotton pad.
